He put on a three story addition for us including 12 ft foundation, rec room/driveway, family room with wet bar, upstairs bathroom with beautiful stone shower stall, third floor laundry room and bedroom along with extended hallway.  In addition to this he added a gas fired/log burning fireplace in our "Grand Room" with detailed tile work ,and a teak kitchen floor with a hand-cut stone back splash that everyone notices.
